Honor Code: Student Conduct and Behavior
The Office of Student Affairs monitors received Incident Reports during normal University business hours (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., M-F). For urgent, emergency cases (e.g., noise complaints, physical violence, etc.), please call the 24-hour emergency Chatham Public Safety hotline at 412-365-1111. For all other response, someone from the Office of Student Affairs will be in touch with the person submitting the report (if included) to follow up. If you have questions prior to submitting the form, please email HonorCode@chatham.edu. This form can be submitted anonymously; however, this may impact our ability to follow up on the matter if all necessary information is not provided.
